“ You know WinCo always seems to get a bad rap from folks around here. Yeah, it's not Whole Foods, or sprouts, or traders... but it's not trying to be. Prices tend to be cheaper than Smith's or Von's and maybe not as fancy, but it works for me for the routine and repetitive items I buy. But full disclosure, I usually buy produce and meat at other stores. Anyway, I was there earlier today picking up last minute items (I always try and go before 8:00 to avoid the crowds). Today even at 7:30 it was busy.. but you know the store was clean, the shelves were stocked and there were several cashiers as well as the self check out lane available. My recent experiences at Smith's and Von's lately have been less than ideal. My cashier, (Susan T) was pleasant even early in the morning! ”
